Robust Testing Process

To ensure its reliability and endurance, we subjected the 255-AZZ48-250 PMSM to rigorous testing. The motor was put through its paces with maximum current settings at 250 Arms, 380 Arms and 500 Arms. Even under these demanding conditions, the motor exhibited resilience, with maximum temperatures reaching just 107 degrees, 110 degrees and 139 degrees Celsius during one-hour continuous testing. 

While the maximum current ratings were established during testing, the motor doesn’t rely on the maximum root mean square (RMS) current throughout its entire RPM range. Instead, it adapts to deliver lower RMS currents at higher speeds, ensuring both efficiency and reduced energy consumption.
